Declaring 'I AM energy' is acknowledging the very stance you have within this universe as an extension of source energy. This design is a reminder that everything is energy vibrating on different frequencies and that as humans, we have the choice which frequency we want to vibrate on and therefore attract into our lives in physical experiences.
