Eco Friendly Packaging

Sustainability and being environmentally friendly is one of our main focuses at evolutivo. depending on the fragility of your order, you can expect to receive it in one of the following...

 

-a compostable mailer from hero packaging
- boxes that have been reused and repurposed from our stock ordering
- 100% biodegradable packing peanuts 
- bubble wrap that is reused & repurposed from our stock ordering 

and on a side note...

- We do not print invoices
- Any plastics are used out of necessity for the protection of items 

 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING 

ORDERS

Once you have placed your order you should receive an order confirmation email in your inbox. If you don't receive one within 24 hours, please send an email to info@evolutivo.com.au

once your order is packed and ready for postage, will send you a shipping confirmation along with your tracking information!

- All parcels are sent with Australia Post
- Shipping times can vary for remote & rural locations 

DELIVERY

orders are usually shipped within 1 business day and You can usually expect to receive delivery within 1 – 10 working days from the date of dispatch.

RETURNS

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help!

We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must be returned in original packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

  • items will not be exchanged due to change of mind 

  • You will only be refunded for the cost of your returned item/s. We do not refund initial shipping charges for returned items. 

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Please send an email to info@evolutivo.com.au with your order number, item/s you're returning and your reason for return. 
2. Once you have received a return confirmation email from us, please package your goods in a delicate manner. You do not have to use the original shipping box.
3. Please label your parcel very clearly with the address provided to you in your return confirmation email. 

4. Post the return at your local post office or via a trusted courier service and provide us with the tracking number if applicable.
5. Once we have received your parcel,
the product will be reviewed and based upon the condition the product arrives in, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. If you are approved then your refund will be processed. It will automatically be applied original method of payment within 10 business days.

international SHIPPING 

we currently don't offer international shipping however feel free to send us an email at info@evolutivo.com.au and we will be more than happy to review your request!
